1. Who we are

This website is operated by Psychic Lunara, email contact@lunarapsychics.com ("we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and Subscription Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

Our services are for adults aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter a contract.

3. Nature of our services

Our readings and related services are intuitive and spiritual guidance, offered for entertainment, personal reflection and inspiration only. They are interpretive. We do not guarantee any result, prediction, accuracy, outcome, or that any person will act in any particular way (for example, return to a relationship).

Our services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice and are not a substitute for it. Do not delay or ignore professional advice because of a reading. We do not diagnose, treat, or predict illness, death, pregnancy or investment results. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and actions.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, do not rely on us. Contact your local emergency number (112 in the EU) or a qualified professional immediately.

4. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in euros (or the currency shown at checkout) and include VAT where required by law. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not see or store your full card details. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example for suspected fraud, pricing errors or non-payment) and will refund any amount paid for an order we cancel.

5. Information you give us

You must provide accurate details, including a correct email address. Only share information about other people that is necessary for your question, and avoid sensitive details about them. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect email address or a blocked mailbox.

6. Delivery, cancellation, refunds and subscriptions

These are governed by our Delivery Policy, Refund Policy and Subscription Policy, which form part of these Terms. Nothing in them limits your mandatory legal rights as a consumer.

7. Intellectual property

All readings, text, images and content on this site belong to us or our licensors. Your reading is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, republish, copy for commercial use, or use it to train or build competing services. You may share your own reading privately.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: abuse, harass or threaten us; submit unlawful content; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site; use stolen payment methods; or order on behalf of someone else without their knowledge where that would harm them. We may refuse service and close accounts for breach.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: decisions you take or actions you or others take based on a reading; indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, opportunity or goodwill; or events outside our reasonable control (including outages of internet, email, hosting or payment providers, illness, or force majeure). Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first if there is a problem so we can resolve it quickly. If you open a payment dispute, we may provide the payment provider with records of your order, consent, delivery and communications as evidence.

11. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between us about your use of the site, and you may not transfer your rights under them without our consent. We may update these Terms; changes apply to orders placed after the update, and the version in force at the time of your order applies to it.

12. Governing law and complaints

These Terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. Please send complaints to contact@lunarapsychics.com; we aim to reply within 2 business days. Consumers in Greece may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman or another competent alternative dispute resolution body.
